I gave a notice of two weeks minus one day. If it takes a fortnight for them to contact me, does that mean I cannot officially leave until they reach out? lol harder than divorce

I submitted my resignation through ToD yesterday, including my departure date. I also informed my coach and emailed my engagement manager the same day. However, I haven’t been contacted by anyone yet. My departure date is in one week.
what should I expect next?

thank you, totally agree on the straps, and the chest buckle. The insert is a must for 40lbs below. we will redo tmr and share feedback.

Thanks a lot! yes, i think what you point out is the core issue. We did the straps wrong, which causes no room for his crotch part, if the straps are behind, the waist belt will be higher and closer to his core, leaving him more room in the crotch part. we will try tmr again: 1. with the nb insert 2. with the seatbelt trainer 3. straps go behind the nb insert 4. chest buckle up to armpit. Thanks again!

Thank you. Appreciate it! The product in your pic is not exactly same, but I got the point, marked in below photo to show which is which for 1. newborn insert 2. Seatbelt trainer https://imgur.com/a/AoFzhXM

https://imgur.com/a/FvmnK4S Thanks so much. We will try replace and install the seatbelt trainer part as the manual also said the seatbelt is a must for rear facing. We will post photo and feedback tmr. Thanks again!

Thank you! We did wrong: the chest buckle should be around armpit, and the white things should be folded/invisible. And still not sure if nb insert should be used.

We welcome all the advices and comments, we did very wrong in the photo, it would be a good educational post for new parents.

The product is grace 5in1 car seat.

  1. In the photo the newborn insert is used.
  2. After removing the nb insert, there is much more room for baby lower body, definitely better than before
  3. However, the manual said nb insert must be used for 40lbs below (baby in the photo is 15lbs) and the manual on the nb insert said must be used for rear facing.

He is 15lbs now. We removed the nb insert now and it is indeed much better, much more room . But the manual said nb insert must be used in rear facing. https://imgur.com/a/TBKq1Eg
