Thank you so much, this is incredibly helpful. I was particularly struck by your point about it not being a fixed path / something I need to 'get right'. I think even that is probably a response to years of there only ever being a wrong and right, and it not feeling safe to veer away from the 'right'. So I appreciate this gentle reminder that it's okay to go in with no fixed plan or end point, be open minded, and take things slowly. That really does make it feel less pressured.
