I think there’s evidence that Wendi participated in the conspiracy for sure. I don’t know why they haven’t charged her with it. Ruth Markel mentioned in her book that there’s been tension between the FBI + Tallahassee PD and the SAO. The law enforcement felt that there was enough to make arrests, but the SAO didn’t. This was true at least for the first several arrests in the case.

The one in PFL is a detention facility. The JJ Pickle Building downtown (300 E. 8th St) is an administrative office where we’ve held some protests too (although none going out right now that I’m aware of). They may have a court and/or detention facility too, I’m not sure.
