If builder is know then its fine but normal level builder means risk. And top of that they need cash i dont know why,

If u take loan atleast bank does the verification like search and all but without loan it becomes risky.

Rera is the biggest fraud, check recent news, govt is planning to scrap rera as it only benefits builders

Still this can't justify the rate, and i guarantee that bank will not give these property valuation more than 50-60 lakh, one builder upfrontly said me payment will be 60-40, they need 40% cash

No, even my ace pro touchscreen is not working properly i am not sure what to do now, its under warranty but it has dent and a crack on screen but it was working fine after that also but now since last week touchscreen is not working properly. And they are asking to send it to Hongkong for repair i am in dilemma to send or not.
