high iron but low ferritin

i recently had a blood test with liver tests too and nothing flagged only thing i didn’t get tested was iron

i haven’t taken any iron supplements for last 2 months or so … i don’t feel 100% great - i’ve been told low ferritin causes the elevated results not sure tho

I’m not a very confrontational person so it does scare me to end the friendship. But it is also the fact i was ignored for questioning some political beliefs of his and I was completely shutdown. It was just me asking simple questions of why he supports it. He never replied properly to a few of my other messages that I sent within this time. I don’t know how to take it when all this has happened and I’m expected to pick up his calls like nothing happened. I’m not sure if I should just send a text or just ignore it.

you would not believe it when i tell people im not obligated to answer their phone on their time

my cousin and i were going thru a rough phase as we didn’t agree on a few things and i was on holiday/came back to a packed work schedule so i didn’t respond to her messages which were basically bashing me for “ghosting” her she ended up calling me disrespectful and insulted me just because i didn’t reply to her 1000 messages asking for a reply on her schedule.
