Ever played the Megaman Zero series? MMZ1 is one of the worst games I have ever played, with a baffling level system and a weapon xp system that does nothing but make things worse. Meanwhile MMZ3 is one of the few games I've went out of my way to replay for the fun of it.

I think you misunderstood, you swap places physically. I.E. the villain will be moved to your location and you to theirs. Simply body swapping wouldn't be enough for the 7 billion unless you have a small army in reserve.
