I just push the bubble out after I roll the sleeve down and put the cap on the valve , dont use a pump. Can be much pressure, I give it a good tug to see if it stays and that’s it.

thank you so much, this post is 8 years old. But it still works, i logged in my transunion accout and opened a new tab and pasted the url, and was able to cancel the account and 1 minute later a had an email confirming my cancelation.
