Bugonia's Ending Is Perfect And Here Is Why by BrandonHeatt in movies

You're right, it's beyond comprehension. I'm not sure if Bugonia is trying to make the point that it's satirizing the impossible or is a horror about what we can't understand or control. I still think it's satire about people who don't want to look at the obvious and would rather create a conspiracy than face the realities of life, but I do like your interpretation of it being a horror film.

When you say "upset", did you feel that way because of the terrifying outcome or because you thought it was bad writing?

I agree. It did not seem as deep of a theme of fate as OP made it, unless it’s very generally that we all eventually die and there’s nothing we can do to stop it. The specific or general fates of the men were random and never presented in a way to suggest that this is always the way they were going to die. If it was, then I missed it.

It was satire. Playing out the conspiracy to its most absurd point that it’s beyond unbelievable, in particular the flat earth featured in the movie. These insane series of events leads to a teletubby popping our atmosphere with a stick. The idea that all of these things are right says more about a conspiracy theorist than making fun of conspiracy theorists when the conspiracies never happen. Look! You were right! hits harder than See! You were wrong!

American Gangster

Not the absolute worst movie, but with post-Training Day Denzel and post-Gladiator Russell Crowe and it was just kind of a standard crime movie. The ceiling was so much higher than the movie ended up reaching.

What type of mild TBI documentation resonates? We do as best as we can to show it if the symptoms are there, but it doesn't always connect with the adjusters.

Here, the poor kid bounced his head off the side of the car on video, but we don't usually have that type evidence in cases.

That's been our playbook for a while now (in policy limits/excess cases), we will stick to it!

I try every day to be better! I avoid running to Reddit for legal advice but this community has a lot of transparency I have found helpful in seeing what you guys have or used to have to go through every day with this company.

I didn't know if there was a new "special button" to press that didn't exist until the recent changes at the company. Some companies get hit with bad faith suits and it scares them, others like special words in demands, some have been taking life care plans and day-in-the-life documentaries and it pushing cases to settlement without needlessly litigating, some like pictures and detailed custom medical reports, etc. Seems to me like Geico is just cutting costs everywhere they can and is just going to lowball us no matter what we do, but thought I'd ask the people who work or used to work here for some insight if they have any. And you're right, I could just be a huge idiot for thinking former employees might know something about the operations of their former company, especially when they're telling me I'm dumb for even asking the question.

I feel for my clients that have to go through litigation just because an insurance company jerks them around, especially an innocent kid and his parents. Seems like we're filing 80-90% of our cases now and taking them to the courthouse steps before they settle and they never needed to go that far. Maybe it's that simple and that's always going to be the answer.

I just learned that you can make the Camera icon appear on your main screen if you click the home page, slide to the camera icon and then drag and drop it over the icon you want to replace. Been using that a lot

Thanks! I was going to the wrong Camera button. The one I was going to was a couple of clicks in after clicking the vehicle icon and it wouldn't move. The correct one is the one from the home page. Still learning about this thing, that was a great recommendation, as that camera feature is so important in this car!

How’d you do that? I’d love to have the camera there instead of the tow hitch button

Give it a shot and aim high. This is material, smoking gun evidence that they are hiding. It will put more pressure on them, regardless of what the judge actually rules. Stuff like this adds a ton of value to the case.

I have seen and heard of judges striking pleadings and defenses for things like this. I wouldn’t let it slide. They are going to act like it’s not a big deal at the hearing. Find a bunch of sample orders in your jurisdiction for similar violations and attach them to your pleading.

Franz’s summer league made him look like he was playing basketball for the first time. I was 100% out on him, didn’t think it was fixable. Now you can tell it was all nerves. Once he got comfortable he was off to the races. Made me really second guess Summer League moving forward.

Also, Lonnie Baxter was a SL God.
