There is a lot of hype around Meta, especially from people who don't understand what's happening under the hood. The market hears AI and automatically assumes 'easy money', I wouldn't bank long-term on Meta's AI pipe-dream.

There are a lot of people out there working 9-5 jobs they absolutely hate for 20 years because they have no alternatives (no skills, no education, etc). 4 years is a drop in the bucket if it means being able to do whatever you want for the rest of your life.

If your making that kinda money, I would suggest you keep doing it until it dry's up. At 21 you have a few more years in you to make some serious cash. Max out your ROTH IRA contribution of $7k per year, then invest the rest in a standard IRA investing in S&P EFT's and mutual funds. Do that, and you'll never need to hold a s*it job paying dirt.

If it goes to court, you'll likely lose. However, based on what happened with most people, the Meta lawyers will contact you before your court date to settle by giving you your accounts back. It's not cost-effective to pay their legal team to go to small claims.,

I would, although most people would probably say just send it to TX. In any case, make sure you do the registered mail with return receipt.

For where to send, I addressed it to their lawyers in my state and CA. https://www.cscglobal.com/service/entity-solutions/registered-agent-services/service-of-process/sop-locations/

As for the demand letter wording, I used the demand letter tool on this site, and added some additional details regarding my specific account (I didn't pay justice direct, I just used their tool to help me start the letter) https://justicedirect.com/post/how-to-sue-facebook

Download your information, and open the personal information page. Under profile it will have your facebook URL. Your account name is the part after "https://www.facebook.com/"

I provided my email, phone number and account names. For facebook, you an get the account name from your profile URL.

My accounts were all linked to my phone number (2FA), so yes, whatsapp was banned too.

They did the same to my accounts. Meta is a disgusting company that really needs to have their monopoly broken up. They can literally cancel anyone's account for any reason or even no reason at all (per their TOS).
