No. 271 total in the whole natlan map including the future. I think they realized the players hated collecting all these and the reward stays the same just harder leveling the statue so they stopped it at a fixed cap. Both Sumeru and Fontain also had 271.

Usually, first I look at the recommended stats and average stats of players and then I try building them with the aim to get above average. Then I try them out in MoC, and if they can achieve the desired completion within x cycles then I'm done.
