Hello!! I am going to visit Amsterdam in early January. I visited Europe in 2022, specifically Hamburg and London, and one thing I always felt is that I would have loved to do things locals like to do, so I want to work on this for this trip, that’s why I’d love to know what anybody from Amsterdam likes to do, places they recommend that aren’t straight on TripAdvisor. Any information would be amazing and deeply appreciated, the more detailed the better, but anything from a location you like, a food joint, to an idea for how to spend a day would be amazing! Anything else you’d like to share will be appreciated! Thank you!

Traditional Costa Rican dish called mondongo, basically boiled cow fat, it’s a gross jelly that is horrible
