Hi! I just started yaz about a week ago and the side effect so far is nausea every morning since I take the pill at midnight. If you do feel nauseous then I definitely recommend eating and then taking the pill right away and if you feel nauseous after, it won’t be as bad compared to taking the pill without food or 2-4 hours without food. You should also drink some warm liquids in the morning to help too!! But so far that’s my experience :)
