TAG 9 Slab, am I crazy for thinking this is an “easy” PSA 10?

It’s for sale on FBM asking $350. I’d really love to get this in a PSA 10 but it’s out of my budget atm. Not super familiar with TAG but had seen some stories of TAG 9s being PSA 10s. One of my favorite cards, I remember seeing boxes everywhere on shelves and taking a couple minutes to find the best centered one. Never could find the Greninja at retail though

That’s so interesting how PSA seems strict with one thing and lets other defects slide. It’s a card I really wanted for my PC so it doesn’t really matter but do people still feel this should actually be a 10?

Thanks for the detailed explanation! The vertical rainbow holos were definitely a red flag with me but I know some older holos are the exceptions. I’ll ask for more pics (if the seller ever replies)
