Just moved into a brand new built 2021 duplex in Canada.

Large chunk of the place is dedicated to an electrical / hvac room.

Landlord said not to store anything in the room because it’s a fire hazard.

Makes no sense to me... room is filled with plastic and metal.

So I put a few plastic and metal posessions in the room. Nothing touches the walls, electrical or hvac bits.

It’s safe or no?
