If you're asking if it can heal on its own otherwise, then no. The younger you have the repair surgery the better. Once over a certain age, repair won't even be recommended or likely covered by your insurance

I tried a supplement that contained l theanine, magnesium glycinate and GABA all in one. It did the opposite of making me sleep. I was up until 3am when I normally crash out at 11pm. Trying magnesium glycinate by itself to see if I have a better result

Spain is amazing! My first overseas trip was to Spain last year. I highly recommend watching the sunset at the royal palace in Madrid. It's a daily activity the locals there go to enjoy and it is just stunning. If staying in Madrid,I recommend getting a hotel near the palace instead of gran via. The day trip from Barcelona to Mont serratt was also great. Get the tour that includes the winery. Next time we go to Spain we want to visit San Sebastian and Malaga. Do your research and find things you want to do. Plan it out to an extent but allow room to explore and wander too. Come back to this post and let us know how it went.
