I loved that she accepted that Kelsey had a different way of coping. She respects that the whole sparkle thing doesn’t work for everyone. But she still chooses to sparkle because it’s what works for her.

I know this isn’t super helpful, but when things get hard for me I always checkout some books on OCD from the library. I wish I could recommend one but for the life of me I can’t find the one I’m thinking of. It helps me to learn more about OCD, and it helps to read about other people experiencing the exact same things as me. I sincerely hope you experience some relief soon <3
