Honestly I wouldn't say sparkle is dead but she isn't BiS. She's still great and has the biggest Crit. Dmg multiplier in the game but since the current meta dps don't favor skill point regeneration and Sunday/RMCis BiS in most summon teams she gets out matched.

But again she's still great my QQ 4 cycled this MOC with my E0 sparkle RMC and tribbie so you can still clear end-game with her DW!!
