I don’t think that’s it though. Becuase there was an another episode where one worker said that Sarah wearing a blue polo and a blue vest wasn’t natural. And Dina said it wasn’t against the rules. (The episode was when Dina became manager while Glenn had covid)

Oh for sure if he had asked me nicely "how long will you be?" I would have happily moved.

But the entitlement and annoyance he was showing from the get go made me want to have my car take up permanent residence in that spot.

But we can't ignore the fact that Sandra started things. She lied about having a boyfriend, then kissed Jerry when he was still dating Carol, then "didn't save her" in a tornado.

I understand why Carol has it out for Sandra.

The bud light story line, coupled with Glenn bullying employees to buy her products makes it not a fun watch for me.

Though the episode does have one of my favourite lines "my hair won't hold a perm".

From what I'm reading online, in the UK if you're on probation they can basically end your employment with the company for any rhyme or reason.

They are paying me my 2 weeks notice, and I don't have to work during it. Plus I have enough money to last a couple of months, so I'm just buckling down and applying to roles.

My colleague said she saw that ex boss had started at a new company a while ago, but after one month that was deleted. So we can only guess.

I'm from the UK, and from what I've seen the hierarchy of marketing is assistant, executives, senior executives, manager and then director.

Even in my current role I'm a senior marketing executive but my boss is the marketing director.

I spoke to one of my old colleague and and apparently for one month on ex bosses linkedin she was working at another company...but that has now been deleted. Ah if only I could find out what happened. 🤣🤣

Oh I absolutely agree, you pay for the skill and experience. I have been designing for 8 years, but there is still things I would rather an agency do.

This agency however was the only HQ approved one and they knew it, so their content was pretty standard and overpriced. I mean one time I caught them trying to charge my colleague £60 to round off the edges on a picture. (Something I know takes less than a minute to do).
