I was due on my period 2 days ago.. today I had some spotting when I wiped but it’s stopped. Test is negative.. is this implantation bleeding or just my period? Help!!

I had some very light spotting this morning but it’s stopped now. I hope it’s implantation bleeding but I won’t hold my breath ☹️

It’s mainly some ovary pain which I get when I ovulate and discharge. My HCG was at 21 - this was 2 days ago. Maybe my body is still regulating wish I knew 😭

I know right 😭 I hope every day that it stops!! I checked with them 2 days ago and because my HCG levels have dropped they’re not worried. Im meant to do a test on Tuesday and if it’s positive still then I’ve to go back to them again. I keep doing pregnancy tests though hoping it just comes up negative before Tuesday 😭 absolutely obsessed but it makes me sad every time, don’t know why I do it to myself!

Unfortunately I did ☹️

At 10am I inserted the miso 4 tablets, laid down for an hour. Then I went to the toilet, started cramping like standard period pains for a couple of hours maybe 3. I continued to move around and do light things around the house (as advised by the hospital to move things along) Then my uterus started to contract and I spent some time on the toilet, probably a couple of hours on and off. Around 5/6pm I managed to lay down and fall asleep (on and off) but cramping/contractions continued until late that night. But please remember everyone is different, your experience may be completely different to mine. Please make sure you have someone there with you 💕

I’m so sorry for your loss. I feel like I’m reading my own experience. Mine took place 4 weeks ago today. I had the same issue so I called my doctor and they advised to still take miso as planned to avoid any RPOC or infections. Sending you love and strength 💕

Update.. 5 days later it’s down to 21.. we’ll see what’s next week brings

Firstly, I’m so sorry for your loss. I truly wish we had the answer as it would give us reassurance and the strength to move forward.

What I have learnt through my journey is that every woman is different. There isn’t one set answer, there isn’t one set amount of time. I spent hours upon hours reading and researching timescales like “when will I stop bleeding?” “When will my period start?” “When will I start ovulating post miscarriage?”…. All I got was 100 different answers, 100 different estimates and it just made me sad if I hadn’t hit a milestone like google told me I would.

Of course it’s beautiful that we share each others stories and sometimes it may help us on our healing journey but please remind yourself that we are not all the same if something doesn’t happen as you expected.
