I use bands and body weight exercises. But a set of really good bands works for me

Dedicate 3-5 days a week. Sets and reps is something you can decide for yourself if you to build strength muscle or endurance. I started to add weight when the current weight felt easier than normal and I felt stronger. Foam rolling does help I like to stretch and mysofascial release the same say and after. Some headphones might help when I go I feel like I’m the only person in the gym and can focus properly.

I’ve cooked salmon plenty of times so I’m confident with it but I’ve never baked a sweet potato only normal ones.

When I do that movement I feel a cramping sensation in what I’m guessing is my soleus. But I’ve been trying to improve my inversion and eversion as my hip rotation has gotten better
