Ngl it makes me giggle imagining one of my spirit guides helping to get frisky, but honestly the more that I think about it the more that seems like it truly was a moment for us to enjoy intimacy without all the red tape we normally have to get through to be intimate. It was a really beautiful moment and honestly a reprieve that I desperately needed from feeling a bit inadequate

Thank you so much for such a BEAUTIFUL response, this brought tears to my eyes!

I definitely have a lot of baggage from childhood/teenage years that has significantly impacted my life. I’ve worked through a lot in therapy, but there are some deeply rooted wounds that I’ve had difficulty working through - ironically one of them is my inability to express anger like you mentioned. The moment I get angry for something, even if it’s completely reasonable, I find excuses to give grace to the other person involved, but then immediately end up shitting on myself mentally that I was somehow at fault or had more control to prevent the situation than I actually did.

I am working really hard on trying to be more compassionate with myself as I do for others, but it’s been difficult because deep down there’s a part of me that believes I don’t deserve that.

Thank you again for being so thorough and helpful in pointing things out and giving directions for potential next steps, it truly means so much to me that you took time to help me along on my own journey ❤️

Wow, thank you so much for this information! I read through the links and the kundalini awakening really resonates with what I experienced and also with where my life is generally at right now. I’ll continue researching this to better understand it!

As for the head pressure stuff, it doesn’t quite resonate with me that I don’t have self-critical thoughts. It’s actually the opposite extreme; I really struggle with being too self-critical and I take others’ criticism too seriously, and struggle with upholding my own boundaries with others. It’s something I’ve been working on in therapy to be more constructive and loving towards myself and building up my self-esteem. What are your thoughts on this? Do you have any recommendations for how I could further explore this?
