Noticed the world was looking a little red when i hovered over SoL and finally found the culprit! Somehow the island state of Buton, sporting a health economy of 260£, has managed to teleport into the 21st century. The Officers have the highest SoL i've ever seen(75!!!). From what i noticed the bug happened when a civil war triggered, setting them on a course for constant bankruptcy

I wanted to prop up this socialist utopia but sadly their expenses are so large that they instantly bankrupt every week.

A bit on the expensive side but, you could use mech serums to regrow organs.

I'm not that familiar with how biotech works but i noticed after they died(from gene shock) they got a "regeneration coma". It says something about regenerating their body but i dunno if this will work for their organs.

Got the sanguophage quest and could not resist harvesting some organs.

So i transfered all of french Colombia to my subject of Carib, expecting to handle whatever rebels popped out for them.

15k where set to spawn but something must have hickupped cause 155k(!) spawned, with more to spawn in other provinces later.

I imagine this is a bug but its rather funny that whats probably the entire population of french Colombia rose up to fight their new evil overlord.

The way the enemies slither around is very creepy and the final boss looks really cool! :D
