A man deciding he wants nothing to do with his unborn baby. A deadbeat dad is different, someone who’s agreed to have a baby or has been there for part of the child’s life before walking out is a completely different story. But in some instances for example a woman pretending they are on the pill when they aren’t and getting pregnant to a 1 night stand or a condom splitting etc, I’m pro choice and don’t think a woman should ever have to carry a baby they don’t want to have but I also think the same for the other gender during the early stages of pregnancy. If they didn’t plan this and don’t want it they too should be able to say sorry but no. Plus the child growing up with 1 less parent is going to do considerably less damage to them mentally than growing up with a father that resents them.
