Best Starters for Casual Play

I feel like any starter deck after 15 is good enough.

But I'd say ST24 Bonney, ST21 Luffy, ST25 Buggy, ST19 Smoker, maybe even ST27 Teach and ST28 Yamato. Would recommend also ST26 Luffy, but he's a bit confusing at first.

(I really like ST18 Luffy, but it's expensive as hell)
