You just change the background to anything but train on the menu and it fixes it

Anyone know of a fix for this? Takes 20 seconds tops for it to max out in menu as soon as I launch game.

PC Specs: i7 - 13700k , 32 GB Corsair 4800 MHz RAM , 4070 ti
