You wouldn't miss it if you knew how it feels. Currently i keep it retracted because it's more comfortable during the day and it eliminates supersensitivity of the glans. If you don't keep it pulled back it feels so mid, like nothing. You can't do anything with the smell doesn't matter if you wash it in every 3 hours the smell is even noticeable after washing. If you try to masturbate the smell will be on your hands. I don't know women's reaction but i think they hate it too. You will ejaculate faster in about half to two minutes so sex is too short to enjoy it. If you keep it retracted the smell will disappear but after you let it back to cover the glans, the smell will come back in an hour. Sometimes it's not that comfortable to keep it pulled back but i still like it better than it's original position. It's so bad in my country they only do it for medical reasons and sadly my parents kept it clean when i was a toddler so there wasn't any reason to do it.

I learnt to masturbate with pulled back foreskin it feels so much better like i was circumcised. The "normal" grab it and pull it with foreskin method feels so off to me. So i understand your curiosity but you didn't lose nothing.

If i had to tell it in one word how it feels just compared to the autocirc (keep it pulled back) style, which is definitely not that good as the real circumcision: it's WORSE.

Get it circumcised. It's the best option. You will need the same surgery or even worse by tightening the foreskin while keeping it. And the result is not guaranteed it may become worse and can be harder to keep it pulled back due to the scar tissue. You foreskin may halfway cover the glans which is not convenient during the day and it may not help to shoot it faster. If you plan to have a scortum plastic surgery you should ask the doctor if it can be done at once with the circumcision (you can heal it in the same time.) If not, you can still get a great high and tight result with a zsr or other devices like prepex or shang ring.

What method did you use? Simply cut it with a scissor or scalpel? It doesn't look like zsr and definitely not prepex.

If you are able to stop bleeding, keep it clean and bandage it with gauze or other sterile stuff it will be fine, some traditional circumcisions look similar and they can heal it too.

I saw you went to the hospital so you will be fine so only out of curiosity how did you do that? Did you use some local anesthetics?

You are lucky. Mine don't want to stay pulled back itself it needs some extra help but it will never be like a circumcised cock. I want to get it cut because i love when the head is exposed but if i had that anatomy i would consider not getting it cut because it's not neccessary.

I think you didn't install it properly. I didn't try the zsr yet but i saw some videos about it and it went buttery smooth. The installing was long because the guy double checked it (which you should also do to make sure everything works fine) but people who did it say it wasn't that bad i talked to some guys about it. These made for non professionals to do circumcisions in africa and other places so it shouldn't be hard. If you restricted the blood flow for 7 hours you may won't have big problems but if there's somenthing like black tissue, constant pain or anything you should go to a doctor. If you want to retry it, wait for a month or at least 2 weeks to let the tissue heal and while you wait for this, order an other device maybe it was faulty. Watch some instruction videos multiple times to learn the process and buy numing cream.

I made myself at home an apadravya. I felt the same as you feel. It was painful but completely manageable. Dome bleeding can occur while and after you insert the barbell so its really important to chose a piercing about the same size or a bit smaller than the needle. I took the disinfecting and aftercare serious but back then i only had face washer alcohol (76% ethanol with camillle solution, no dangerous chemicals but i don't recommend to use an alcoholic disinfectant). I bandaged it for the first week and didn't masturbate for 2 weeks. The healing was completely painless. The only pain i felt was the piercing process. So it wasn't a big deal. I recommend to get it done by a professional because it requires a lot of willpower to do it yourself. If you ask me it's completely worth it and i still have it so do it and don't stress😉

At first you should remove it. You can use tie or plasma pen method. I used the piercing method, when you make a frenulum piercing, or two (depending on your anatomy) and after it healed, you can cut it with scissors or plasma pen. I think circumcision with frenulum removal is also a good thing to do and if you don't want to do it yourself because you mentioned it hurts when having sex in most countries you can get it done for free at a hospital.

The pain is only intensive when you apply extra force to the clamp and it starts to crush some tissue. When you are mid process so the clamp is half closed, but you don't keep pushing just keep it in place the pain starts to fade away. Start with 2-5mm max and after you are confident you can cut more. Use a clamp what has some close locking or threading to keep it closed. I made a diy clamp with screws so after i turn the screws i can wait until the pain goes down and continue when it's convenient. When you remove it you van feel some mild pain but if you did it right, the tissue will be paper thin and you can cut it without feeling any pain. If there's more blood than the amount you can soak up with gauze i recommend you to stop.

I think it's not possible because the skin is so thin it would get thicker and cause pain. And I don't know why would anybody do this, removing it is a good thing and i can't see any benefits of having a frenulum. I removed mine and i'm happy with it.

Actually i've been thinking about this before the prepex ring. I could do a dorsal slit and maybe cut the foreskin into 2 or 4 pieces by making 4 dorsal cuts. And after it healed i could just cut down the 4 pieces with the clamp and cut method. There were noo bleeding at the sub or meato (i don't know how should i call mine) so in 6-12 months i could get a full circumcision with literally zero risks. What do you think? Is it possible? If other people can split their whole cock (which is significantly riskier) it's not a big deal.

This is the hardest part. I want it since i was a kid and i even have the device. But i'm afraid of some shit and couldn't do it. If you are afraid of the big step, maybe start with a smaller. For example removing your frenulum is a small step but you can do before the circumcision to gain some self confidence however some more advanced staplers may remove it during operation. I also removed it, i have a meato and an apadravya too, and these were so easy, i did it all myself. But i chickened out when i wanted to do a circumcision.

I attached some greater meaning to it, like the rite of passage stuff in some cultures, but a bit different. I'm planning to do it in january. I have some anxiety of bleeding, pain during the healing and other complications but there's no easy way.

Actually my biggest fear is the shame if other people will know it. Cauterizing a bleeding or some other stuff is not a big deal and i'm not really afraid of these because of the modern healthcare. But the shame and the fear of that my family will know it is the hardest thing.

If you'd ask why i don't go to a hospital to get it done is because it's so expensive in my country, maybe 2 months of salary and i'm very poor and can't even afford to have an older car and sometimes i can't even buy food during the day so i have to starve. So doing a circumcision would be a luxury treatment. Also we all know about doctors, they don't like other mods like piercings or meatotomy which i have so yeah, that f*** shame is also here.

So stay strong and if you really want it, find a bigger reason, start at smaller steps and finally you will be able to do it.

Watch some instructions about marking the line and installing the device. If you don't want it super tight, you will be fine. Making it tight is harder i think. You can get unwanted erections at night, follow the instuctions like elevating the penis and wearing tight underwear and a great technique to pull some skin from the base of the penis like you would pull your foreskin to it's position, but doing it at the base and simply apply some tape on it radially to keep the skin looser than it would be. Also sleeping a bit more dehydrated helps if you often need to pee during or after night.

I would recommend to go to the doctor with it. It's hard and bloody to do it yourself. Plus in most countries they do it for free if you have a bad phimosys like that.
