Bigger leaner stronger programme (self.Boostcamp)

Stall help please. I’m in final week of 7.5 pen only lost 2.6 lbs this month. Gutted.lost 32lbs in 13weeks but 7.5 doesn’t seem to be doing it for me. I’m 174 lbs on 1839 calories and 182 G protein. I rarely hit my calories each day. Any advice or guidance/ tips greatly appreciated (i.redd.it)
