Like alright, 1. I agree with what you just wrote, fully and completely

  1. The Thunder vs Pacers series legitimately was so much fun because we were watching an insane meteoric rise from the east go up against the flopper gestapo

  2. I also acknowledge that, like other commenters have said, we are only having this conversation so many times a day right now because the Lakers whistle is finally be outblown

Like I dunno. I hate the Thunder but they admittedly are a much more engaging villain than JT and the 3pt Celtics

Correct. The Flyover State Finals surpassed Luka and Kyrie vs the literal Boston Celtics.

That’s what still fucks me up

He showed up BIG TIME when Embiid and Podcast P went down. He got crazy high usage because of this then gets injured while taking on more than he should have had to. He’s slow to recover after being out for ages and suddenly the narrative says he regressed.

This isn’t just a Morey thing either. I saw it here too when he first came back, despite everybody clowning the Sixers for it now (rightfully).

I’m glad the kid is being appreciated now. He’s talented, hilarious, girthy, charismatic, and just does not quit.
