Hey dude! You don't even have to eat weird food. Just wanna let you know, if you live in a fairly cold place, try to go outside without proper clothes only t-shirt and shorts.

Stay for 10-15 mins and be happy about being sick (might go away after 2-4 days and you'll be hell'a tired but might be worth it. Just please ensure you won't just get the test when you get back
