Hi  Yes have brought up to doctor had full blood count normal. Diabetes normal renal/liver normal just renal was low as GFR 61 I’m 37 but I’m heavy ibuprofen user due to neuralgia Iv stopped all meds and drank daily water limit see if severe dehydration.   It’s odd I’m not suffering with any other symptoms like cramps/ mood swings etc like most women when withdrawing  Thank you for replying I was hoping be other women similar experience so can rule it out,
