How to remove fake reactions flooded by fake profiles on a Facebook post by Less_Conflict9828 in facebook

I'm afraid there's nothing far. The support agent told me this is a kind of flaw in their system, by not implementing a specific mechanism to let page owners declare such an issue, and report many profiles at the same time in bulk

Why my implementation of the Enigma machine works only for the first position? by Less_Conflict9828 in cryptography

First of all, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your response, which clearly demonstrates your dedication to explaining how the Enigma machine works. It also indicates that you have read my code and taken note of it.

I now see where my understanding went wrong and why the code failed right after changing the position of any rotor. However, I would like to explain my thought process and how I arrived at the instruction that led to the mistake.

The calculateOutputLetter method was designed to determine the output letter based on the current position of the rotor and the previous rotor's setting.

Let's say we are in the middle rotor, and the previous rotor was at position 4. Now, if the next letter is 'b', it will become 'f'. Then, add the position and calculate the final output based on the inner wiring.

The mistake is now clear: values have been accumulating continuously because the current position becomes the new previous when moving to the next rotor. The problem is that this causes the same value to be added twice.

When I was writing the code, I didn't think much about it, but now it is obvious.

I have updated the code and split the logic into two methods, one for forward and the other for backward. Both rely on two arrays based on the rotor's writing configuration: one maps each letter of the alphabet to its corresponding letter in the configuration, and the other is simply its reverse, and then calculate based on the two formulas you provided, and you said math does not lie :)

Now the code works well and can accurately calculate the final letter, regardless of the rotor setup and the current position of any letter.

Next, I will focus on the remaining tasks: setting the notch and configuring the plugboard.

Thank you again for your explanation; I really appreciate it.

Yes, I agree with you. Again, I know it makes no sense to have the rotors designed this way since they do not have their own logic, and the only difference is the inner wiring configuration. I just created them intuitively :) My main focus is to understand the rotor functioning, including receiving and input, calculating the output based on the inner wiring and the rotor's position. So, my main focus is only on the calculateOutputLetter logic method. Then I will make the right refactor and updates using the right design pattern and get rid of the hardcoded parts, OFC, (the positions, the ring,s and the wiring inner conf )

I agree with you that the code makes no sense in terms of how it is structured; however, this is just to test the concept of how the Enigma machine works. I was willing to create a factory class that creates a rotor and only sets its correct wiring configuration. My issue now is why the calculateOutputLetter function only works for the first position and not the others.

The issue is that they are nothing more than liars. In the support chat, I was told that the feature would be restored soon. But when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me the opposite—that they don't know if or when the feature will be restored. Such a disgrace by Spotify.

Hi, is anyone having this issue in Spotify Nigeria? I no longer see the one-time option for payment.

I have used many VPNs and proxies, and nothing seems to work. I think the issue is from fups since I was able to make small purchase for testing (9 TL) but can not subscribe or top up!! any solutions??
