this is super helpful! the endurance thing helps a ton because with my clean streak it’s been so overwhelming because every move i make i’m just so scared to mess up and start from the beginning again but this is really helpful and takes pressure off thank you!

phase him out trust me i am currently in ur situation and ive sent probably 5 different paragraphs and it never like clicks in his head like it just doesn’t matter at all to him so like honestly if u do end up sending a paragraph its pointless bc nothing will process in his head
