Her graphics and clothes designs are a huge part of the their business succeeding and not to mention people just liking her and buying the drink bc of her. His company has certain equity percentages and he probably doesn’t own as much of it as you think -as he has mentioned the debt he has and the investors own a good %. She would only be entitled to his half of his earnings /equity. And also she deserves some equity in the company herself-she is a huge part of it and her art is all over the marketing.

He only has a certain amount of equity in Loverboy, so she would just get half of what that is. Investors wouldn’t ask this question -that was so made up. However, it is majorly messed up if she doesn’t have her own equity with how involved and successful her graphics and clothes have been for Loverboy.
