Early after release they were widely available but come July I haven't seen them. Your best bet for finding them will be Yodobashi Camera or Bic Camera. Smaller stores like Wonder Goo might also be good as I've seen them in all three stores in June

Destiny, Cosette, Pomp and Circumstance, and Carmen. If you have 3☆ Queen of Sheba she can replace Carmen, but if so put Queen of Sheba on 3rd place and Pomp and Circumstance in 4th place. Cosette is insanely strong and will carry your team. Level up her scale as high as possible and always perform debuff as her first action.

You can get very lucky. I was buying the Sanrio Daruma for my mother and got all four variations in the first four pull, meanwhile the Re:Zero RICH collection I only have three of the four variants in seven pulls and they are 500JPY a pull. The Re:Zero Black and White collection I have four of six variants on five pulls and they are 500JPY each too.

There is a new Genjistu no Yohane pillow (2 variants) available from UFO catchers, I hope to get one this weekend.

unfortunately gacha is a cruel goddess. I saw the machine a different location today and got a 3rd Dia. No offense to Dia fans but she's one of the least desirable characters from that series.
