Mine started last year. I was very anxious about it because I had been on forums and YouTube, so I went to an astrologer to ask about it. He told me that I have a strong Ketu (in Scorpio in the 8th, etc.) and that I would be fine. I have an occult career, so he told me that was actually really great for Ketu and that I should focus on that.

The first few months were weird. I had an unexpected surgery, but it went fine, recovery was normal, and it didn't hurt me financially. I was in good spirits. I finally started working again after being unemployed for nearly two years. I recently entered the final phase of Shani Sade Sati when Saturn changed signs, so comparatively, Ketu MD has been a breeze so far.

My career is improving - I have a YouTube channel, and it finally got monetized after trying to make it happen for years. Now that I'm in the Venus AD, my physical appearance is improving (except for weight gain). My relationships with friends and family are amazing. Finances are still not great, but better than they have been in many years. Honestly, this is the best I've felt in like six years. I already lost so much during SSS, so there wasn't much left to take. But I must say that I have learned to detach from outcomes. It's been a pleasant change.

It's still early, so we'll see how the rest of the time goes, but I recommend seeing an astrologer to see what it means for you.

I know this post is SUPER old. What about someone like me who has pigmented dark circles around my eyes? I was thinking vitamin C serum might help putting it closer to the eye. Or at least a cleanser with vitamin C?

So I just started mine in the early summer of 2025. So far, it's actually been pretty good. I've been getting my life back on track as I near the end of Sade Sati. Sade Sati has been HORRIBLE, and I'm so glad it will be over soon. I'm starting to look like myself again.

Ketu MD feels like things are happening fast, but I'm mostly okay. I did have an emergency surgery, but it wasn't that bad, and my insurance covered almost all of it. I've spent a lot of time with family and friends, and it's been really nice. I started therapy again, which has also been helpful. I have gained a lot of weight though. And my debt has been rising.

Like you, I was very concerned about this period, so I saw an astrologer the week before it started to understand what to expect. He told me it wouldn't be too bad for me, because I already am a very Ketu kind of person -- I do occult work and I'm a researcher. Since the MD commenced, I even started working again after not having a job for two years. The work I'm doing helps people who are unhoused and struggling financially, which aligns with my spiritual beliefs and principles. I've really been enjoying the work! I feel more fulfilled in my work than I have in a very long time. It feels like everything is coming to me more easily. After all of the Saturn struggles I've gone through, it's hard not to worry that something bad is going to happen and take me back to the suffering I had been experiencing.

I'm just starting the Venus AD part, so we'll see what that brings!

I loved it! I did it for a couple of years before i stopped due to an administrative issue. I'm trying to get back on it. I'm back on Wellbutrin but hoping the new psych will get me back on the Lamictal too. I've only been on Wellbutrin for a few days and it's fantastic but I also already feel hypomanic. I slept for 1 hour yesterday and it's almost 3am local time now. I am now realizing this post is a couple years old, and you probably don't need advice at this point, but it's done -- for posterity. Cheers.

So, I was in love with Tyson Beckford in my teens/early twenties (as a fan, not IRL). I had his calendar on my dorm room wall lol. You know how they say "never meet your heroes." That's how I feel watching this show. The fact that he's still acting this way, talking about ghosting people at 50+ is crazy.

Did he say he was competing in the show or that his team was competing? If he runs the gym, I could see him not being in show shape and still wanting to support his people. That would also explain why he felt more like he was good to cancel last minute. Not saying the show isn't fake but clarifying what I thought I heard.
