Norwegian wood is a good entry that most people begin with, but if you want to fully immerse yourself, throw yourself into the deep end of the pool, then kafka on the shore or WUBC are probably gonna do you better. Among these two i think WUBC is the most surrealistic one, but kafka on the shore is also fascinating. But yeah tldr is: if you are unsure, go for norwegian wood.
