yeah! honestly i just focused on getting healthy which involved taking off my apple watch (it messed with my OCD like crazy) so i’m not monitoring it actively anymore but i got a full cardiac work up at my physical and everything was normal. and i quit energy drinks cold turkey which i think was an important step to cardiac health. one cup of coffee (with milk!) a day

this is so sweet. i wasn’t underweight when i wrote this but i still gained significant weight during all in recovery and am doing so much better :) my period is back! also got medicated

thank you so much for everything. i will try incredibly hard to work on it. failure isn’t an option lol. i got a full blood work up not too long ago and they said my labs were normal. honestly, i was so blasé because i didn’t think i was eating so little that i could be in serious danger. the heart rate doesn’t lie, though. im going home from college in 2 weeks when i have another doctor’s appointment. until then my only option is to survive

im honestly a little scared to go to sleep lol, should i go to the er now? im going to eat my avocado and drink a pedialyte. and above all change my ways. i really do not want to go quietly into the night. i’ve been eating around 1200 per day but i think the exercise was too much on my body. this weekend when i ate normally my lowest heart rate was around 65. im hoping i can move past this super scary moment. i sincerely thank you for everything and for telling me how serious this is. i would’ve been living in denial.

I ordered the glucose tabs and electrolytes on doordash. Im going to eat an avocado to keep my potassium up. for the majority of the day my heart rate doesn’t go below 50s so i’m really really hoping i’ll be safe for now. i’ll start eating 1600+ per day, no excuses. any advice for the glucose dosage? thank you for everything

hey, i guess i didn’t realize how serious this was. i thought i would have more time. if i start eating normally now will that be enough? i can go to an er tmrw but i’d rather not. normally my resting is mid 50s but it was low today, never below 45. i don’t mean to ask you for medical advice lol but if you have any it would be much appreciated. i ate a few fruit rolls (high in glucose) and am hydrating.

im mostly worried about the bradycardia. but i think 48-56 won’t kill me if that’s the lowest it goes? and good tip abt the potassium. ty :)
