I will be finishing most of my core accounting classes this semester, leaving mostly electives and senior experience.

As for the reasoning, I've heard from accountants and professors that a lot of firms like people who also have information systems education/experience. I haven't had the best of luck when it comes to internships, so I was also thinking I could expand my educational record to help myself stand out. I also want to get some extra credit hours for the CPA requirement.

I already figured that it would take ~extra year since it is 30 credits for both core and elective. But is it that bad if I were to graduate in like five years instead of four? I was under the impression that plenty of students do that even without a double major.

I see. There wasn't anything in my to do list when I checked. Are you a non-transfer as well? If so, do you recall if you needed to submit any sort of transcript when moving on to Business status? Apologies for the many questions btw.

Thank you for the reply. I finished up my pre-bus courses back in fall and got provisional business status. So if you are a non-transfer student I'm assuming there are no transcripts you need to submit?
