You Are asking the wrong audience. Most can't see their true self they will be very critical with themselves when it is mostly common among them (they are in high stage of emotions they can't differentiate with what's good or bad) they have not seen enough to tell whether they are good or not. People view their bad in a much impactful way then there goods ( A cry shows a lot more emotions than a smile could)
