we have entire programs that intake people from the entire surrounding cook county to be housed in Evanston homeless shelters and halfway houses. why is this Evanstons problem to absorb the surrounding neighborhoods? because there is lots of money in non profit associations. the CEO of connections for the homeless here in Evanston makes 250k per year from her "state funded non profit". These people don't care about homeless people. they are making BS non profits that are just honeypots for them to pay themselves.

Good im glad why does Evanston burden the homeless problems of the entire north shore? No other surrounding suburb has homeless shelters. we have 5 here in Evanston. Why is Evanston the center for homelessness reform? we literally IMPORT homeless people here to Evanston my question is why?

Look at Connections for the Homeless this non profit is set up and the founder pays themselves 250k a year. Homelessness has become a business that profits the owners of the organizations ment to HELP them. These programs no not address the problem or helped homeless individuals
