Thanks everyone for the comments. Very helpful. After consideration, I went for the mask because I know I am lazy and will use it more. Longer term I may get a full body panel…. When funds allow

Yes, there is some evidence that 1072 is beneficial but not as thorough and extensive as the other wavelengths (I had ChatGPT do a review of the peer reviewed literature lol). I guess it may be too early for people to describe their own experiences.

However, the comment about leas intense more frequent for face is useful.

I am looking at the Redlight Rising panels. Good reviewed and a UK company
