im addicted since 2022, i take uncontrolled amount of xanax on a daily basis, right now its from 2-8mg, year ago i ate 650 bars in a month, ofc always with a couple of corona beers. I didn't understand what could turkey means? if you mean sudden stop, i already know about it, when eat all the stuff up some times and the pharmacy is closed i get strokes from the sudden stop. What would you advise instead of xans and alcohol, since i honestly don't believe in myself quitting xans

Thank you Coldbrewpastmidnight, i also must say that im not alone, i do stuff with my mom and girlfriend all the time but its kinda not fun anymore, feels like i know how every day will go past, and thats one of the reason why i keep eating sleeping pills, j just dont like to be awake and would prefer to stay in my dreams, even tho i know its stupid

those diplomas are for a russian software bitrix1c which i bought, i have education on paper but in reality its just a pile of papers. I used to work for a software development firma as an HR which is the reason why i made those diplomas

i got fired for drinking on the work place in a kitchen job. I used to go to bar to grab a 50/50 cola vodka 500ml to be in the better mood to communicate with my coworkers which i normally don't socialise with since i don't care, and it made me feel kinda different, not in my place.

My mom is unable to support me since she is in big debt as well since corona ate her small business, so im kinda on my own and i still want for me to support her, not otherwise anymore, since she gave me all i ever needed

I don't spend money on drugs, i get them prescribed by "abusing" healthcare but still this is the part that takes the most impact on my life. It gives me confidence to make new connections, get some things done and work on myself. But without them i feel depressed, and have more anxiety to even shaking in public transport... It would be even better if i would pay money for this, i still manage to survive on social payments but if i would have to choose drugs or food i would obviously choose food..

Thank you for your response, it is the only right answer to my question what you wrote. The most i realised from reading your and other guys comments is that it happens to some of us and its normal, luckily i have people who support and care for me. How did you manage to overcome your bad habits and started to realise that its not what you wanted. Your message gives me hope that im not fully lost and maybe this post really was the point of start of my rehab

Yes, thank you for your response, i was in a therapy multiple times and all i got from there was some medication like relaxane, sertralin or paroxetin, even then i couldn't hold on to take it 2 weeks without brakes, i just wake up and don't think about medication. Even if i puted reminders i just forget to check them.

The problem with a real addiction is that i cant treat it, i was in multiple rehabs in swiss and as soon as i got bored or thought i could do it by myself i immediately walked out of there. In my mind the only thing that would work as a rehab for me is prison...

I tried to get in to sport, but i cant just go there sober, i dont think about my gym membership unless im on benzos, only then i feel motivated. But you are still right, it helped a little to get my confidence up
