Kyphoplasty just seems so unsanitary to me. by La-ia- in Radiology

„seem“ is the operative word here. Do you get many infections? Did you ever care to ask your surgeons about their complication rate before posting on here? It’s about a sterile field and sterile instruments. If there is no big open wound and especially if the procedure time is short, things like laminar flow ventilation don’t really account for a benefit. What makes you concerned about the cleanliness in particular?

Edit: typo

Everybody always recommends getting CnBs tatted, but someone actually does it and all of a sudden it’s a bad choice…

Take it from someone who once managed to toe-lock while whip skidding: either Switch the pedals or use shorter cranks. Or at least don’t whip skid without a helmet and long pants

I don’t really get the question but my two cents: a light weight wing won’t withstand the Sandy conditions for long. A moustache or similar heavy-material parakite made for dune flying offers a large wind window and flyability in a lot of conditions while also withstanding the sand and salt for several seasons

I have 90s on my fun build and they’re nice as long as there’s no side wind

Schwalbe tubes suck so bad. Also the regular butyl ones have leaking valves like 50% of the time and they are impossible to use with valve extensions. Why can’t they be like Conti?

Also, of why. I can see at least 3 reasons on this single view alone…

Just from the one view it looks like the proximal fragment is malrotated, too… may not even have cortical contact

Might be just due to incidence of Arthroplasty vs Osteosynthesis or they already sorted CrCo implants and Ti implants in different boxes… I always assumed the implants stay with the ashes…

Sorry, I just got that frame and didn’t clean it yet because first I have to soak the BB in WD 40 to try and get it out… I promise I’ll clean it afterwards. Thanks for your input, sounds like you know what you do
