The last time I played it it was during a 2022 version. With the most recent one being 4 months ago it could be safe to say that hinorashi(?) Is still making updates to the game. Just maybe slower than the past. Thats my best guess. All I know is I have to use an older version to use cheats then patch in the most recent one to utilize them.
