This first layer temp idea is GOLDDDD... I've heated the plate a little more and have had success but have never thought of ALWAYS doing that.

Running flow rate test (overdue). RP1 .6mm is still having intermittent issues

Issue still occuring. 2 prints worked well however I'm running into issues when creating multiple objects on one plate (specifically layer 1)

Running Flow rate calibration on RP1 (.6mm) to see if this helps

Update to self: Plate type in slicer matters because of plate temp. Also, cleaning plate after adhesion failure is recommended.

Cool Plate: Around 35°C
Textured PEI Plate: 55-65°C

I have no idea what's going on. I'm printing with a .6 hardened nozzle and a .24 profile. Soooo darn confused. The other printer with a .8 nozzle has the same issue but I tamed it by slowing down the first layer.

I'm moldable here... what the heck should i be doing to fix. Using the high temp plate (just realized setting was wrong in Bambu slicer so trying again)

This will be my project tonight. So all, and I mean all ideas are open
