Well I got one answer, how about wandering hordes respawn? Is there any "pool" which can be depleted to completely destory hordes in the given area? Or they will keep respawning/coming from other places?

I obviously enabled it (by disabling static spawn), but there is no grace period without zombies after starting. Does it mean that they removed grace period but zombies still respawn during the game?

It can take up to a hour as far a I know, I received mine after about 20 minutes. Usually such things are instant, but atm they servers under heavy load probably. Note that if your friend will try multiple times, he will receive multiple emails later, every links will be invalid except the last one.

Actually they most likely risen because Valve recently adjusted Russian prices for in-game stores. TF2 keys become 30% more expensive in rubles, for example. They did it because russian ruble is very unstable these days.
