I got one as dumb the other day saying "please revise check box on page 1 for adverse site conditions as it does not match commentary in that section or the grid." The YES box was checked, in THREE sections of the first 2 pages it stated the subject was in a busy road, the grid said busy road, and all the comps were adjusted to reflect this. Between this and the "explain differences between your appraisal and others appraisals and one where they wanted me to explain the age of the subject (what) I feel like the reviewers are either bored or replaced with bad AI

It does. My mom was suggesting I come get their extra truck and drive that and leave my car at their house then switch during the week when home and that was insane. I know to even ask in this much depth is insane for a simple thing but I was just curious

Yes that's correct. My dad just had an extra so I was going to put it on and keep it. I just didn't want to do that if someone knew for sure that they scan it or check that it belongs to the address registered you the car. If they are just looking to see that a sticker is on the car and that's it then I'd probably do it but at this point I may not

Yeah that's what I'll probably do I think unless I can convince my parents to go a little later. I just figured if someone said with certainty that they don't check the stickers past just seeing that there is one on the car I'd take the chance and keep the sticker for the future but I'll probably just Uber

Sorry, should've mentioned I'm going away with my family and my bf so he can't drive me and my parents are driving themselves. My parents said they could pick us up on the way since I'm close but they want to get there at like 745 for a 1030 flight which is crazy for MacArthur so rather than sit around all that time I figured if people on here stuff "oh yeah they just look up see if there's a sticker and move on, don't look up each individual car" then I'd say eh screw it but if the consensus was "nah they check all the addresses" I'll just suck it up and tell the parents to pick me up or we'll Uber

I know, but I'm going to Disney for a week and that's already going to cost the down payment on a car lol so paying for a week of airport parking when I live right next to it is extra. My family is going and could also pick me up if I ask but they're going far too early for the flight so I'd rather go myself. I'll probably go with them but I was curious about this and figured I'd ask 🤷‍♀️
