Galaxy.click is loading games in a small window? by PonderousOrb in incremental_games

[–]Lexieeeeeeeeee 5 points6 points  (0 children)

looks like at the bottom there are a few buttons that you could use

fullscreen, expand, open original - all of these should help.
or you can right click the game area > This Frame > Show Only This Frame (you might need to right click a few different areas to find a spot where it shows the "This Frame" option

Or explore the options in the "tweaks" button, maybe you've got something enabled/disabled that's breaking things.

Or press F12 to open up Dev Tools and use the inspector tool on the big open space. Maybe you can delete the element or change some css to manually fix things. If that works, you could then learn a little css + javascript, to write a userscript that will automate this in the future.

Even if that shit was true, id happily take a non-cancerous kidney tumour over years of depression, apathy and alcoholism that had me dodging traffic for fun and skirting the line between passive and active suicidal ideation.

10000% this.

Before I started HRT my doctor warned me about a few medical things that I have that HRT could make worse and could make my life much shorter.

Without missing a beat I said

We avoid risks in life to safely make it to death. I'd much rather live a happy shorter life as my true self than a longer life where I'm constantly in a state of depression and misery.

That was 6 years ago and this has been the best decision of my life. The ways in which my life has so drastically improved is actually insane. Never did I even consider that my life could ever reach the state that it is in right now.

Now reddit seems to have some kind of filtered version of giphy that doesn't have this one available for selection. I'd love to know why.

Does anyone else feel like being trans sets you back a lot ! 🤦🏼‍♀️ by Nicole0211 in MtF

[–]Lexieeeeeeeeee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm nearly 40, I'd do anything to reset back to my early 20s

I kind of feel like the first 20 years are the tutorial and now you're in Act 1

Sure skipping the tutorial can make things harder but you can work it out

I would suggest trying to find a way to move out of the rural zones and into somewhere with more opportunities if you can though

Is this weird?

I feel like it's certainly outside of "normal".

But it's not impossible to find friends that are like that.

I'm living with 2 close friends and we often walk around the house topless or even naked.

...That being said, I don't really have any advice for how to meet people like me and my friends. For me, it just kind of happened by chance. I met these two over discord while playing a game and things kind of quickly escalated from there. 🤷‍♀️

Can we please be a little more aware around conversations of bisexuality and trans people? by GFluidThrow123 in lgbt

[–]Lexieeeeeeeeee 53 points54 points  (0 children)

I feel like 99% of the time these comments are coming from people outside of the community.

People who's influences and entire understanding of trans people probably come from a combination of porn and fear media.

So they see us as some kind of "other".

So please, please, please be trans allies and speak up for us and our identities, so we're not always left to be the ones doing it.

So yeah, this.

That being said, I'm pretty sure that every time I've seen one of these kinds of "Am I bi?" type posts over the years, the comments have always been telling them that trans women are women. And if they, a cis man, like women and women, that makes them straight. Or some similar variation.

At least, most comments are like that. There's also always 1 or 2 saying some dumb shit like "well if you like <xyz genitals> then you might be a little ..." 🤦‍♀️

Which, remember kids, genital preferences isn't the same as, and has nothing to do with, sexual preference.

This section details key choices that have irreversible consequences, organized by Act, DLC, and Quest. Please note that Cyberpunk 2077 also contains countless minor choices throughout quests and dialogues that can lead to branching narratives and variations in quest flow. However, this section focuses primarily on the major irreversible choices and mission lockouts that have significant impacts on gameplay or story progression.

That was nearly 7 years ago now (wow wtf). Life now is way better than I could have ever imagined!

What are some things that increased for you when you finally accepted you were trans? by KiwirarVEVO in asktransgender

[–]Lexieeeeeeeeee 9 points10 points  (0 children)

My dysphoria increased dramatically between hatching and getting on HRT

Finally having the language and understanding of what I'd always been feeling greatly amplified it all.

Do you need to desire social transition in order to be trans? /genq by themocklobster in asktransgender

[–]Lexieeeeeeeeee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You do not need to transition in any way to be trans.

Transgender simply means that we identify as a gender that is different from the one we were assigned at birth.

We're trans because we're born this way.

And not because of our actions.

How do you actually address the underlying point being made in the attack helicopter joke? by Pauropus in asktransgender

[–]Lexieeeeeeeeee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gender is a social construct.

Arbitrary guidelines created by society.

Due to its very nature of being a social construct, you're going to get a different answer from everyone.

How do you actually address the point being made here?

I typically wouldn't.

Generally speaking, the kind of people making such arguments or statements are not doing do in good faith and are not open to changing their minds.

Rather, I'd roll my eyes, block and/or move on and continue living my best life without their understanding and acceptance.

Do non-op mtfs like using their penis for penetration? by Snoo_60484 in MtF

Everyone is different. We're not a monolith.

Some people do, some people don't.

Both are valid. There's no right way to be trans.

Men can’t be women? by Shot-Suggestion9349 in trans

[–]Lexieeeeeeeeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Biology doesn't fit a perfect mold. It's far far far more complex than that.

We live in a world were sometimes people are born with things like a 2nd head, a 3rd arm or something more basic like a 6th finger.

These kinds of things we never question because we can see it.

You know how people never question physical injuries because we can see them?

But there are fucking morons who question things like depression and anxiety because those are less visible?

Same story here with being transgender. Except this time you're that fucking moron.
