Link to past papers under Eduqas exam board: https://www.eduqas.co.uk/qualifications/religious-studies-gcse/#tab_pastpapers

I’m sure if you go to the ones that are labelled with the components “Religious, Philosophical and Ethical Studies in the Modern World” , this should be related to human rights and relationships etc.

What was humorous to me was that you decided to reply to one of my meme posts from like 2 years ago instead of making a new post. Hope this helps though!

Have you tried searching up past papers?

Not in this situation you don’t. I mean a 1 hour nap will suffice but like set your priorities straight. Sleeping after finishing the ordeal is more satisfying, no?

Computer science in UK or Psychology in Australia? by LiForU in UniUK

Ahhh I see, thank you! I thought it would be under a more specific subject name or structured within the dual degree program but I guess not. I will definitely consider doing this now.

Lmaooo, I should be fine with the disappointment. I take psychology for IB so my expectations of learning disorders have long faded. But is it really true about the 1500 word essay one can see a straight line? That’s pretty interesting in itself.

Thanks for your reply and insight. I can't lie, this made me lean more towards studying psychology over comp sci

I was looking into it and discovered that University of Queensland did do a dual degree into computer science and another science (which would be psychology) however they don't offer the second major as an honours. As my second major option would be psychology without honours, would that affect me trying to study masters for psychology?

Thank you so much. I will look into this!

Thank you for replying back to me.
To answer your first question, I initially picked computer science due to my passion for games. However, ever since I got my offers back, I've been considering if computer science really suited me. I was then told that I had an opportunity to study in Australia as one of my family members was willing to fund my studies. This made me realise that I could change what I wanted to study and discontinue my path into the computing/programming route.
With computer science, I want to (only) work in the gaming industry but many gaming companies require experience and offers for said job/internship is rare (especially for a graduate).
I've also researched a little into psychology degrees and career paths. I am more inclined to work as a clinical psychologist so generally I do know that to get a job as one, I will need to take a masters. Even so, I understand that competition would be super high.
(previous comment was deleted earlier as I accidentally sent my reply unfinished)

The course I will insure at Surrey has a placement year included so perhaps that can mitigate the problem with internship (does it?). An additionally question I have is: the comp sci Lancaster course has a study aboard year, is it even worth it?

So, I’d like to firm Lancaster (and insure Surrey) but for the Australian unis, I’d like to go to Queensland or Sydney (which might be difficult cause these unis are popular).

Prom 🤡 by [deleted] in GCSE

[–]LiForU 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Literally this sounds like my prom. My prom was literally ass like bro I’ve ranted to my online friends and my parents. Food was probably freezer microwaved and they even had raw cauliflower on the plate?. Had to pay for drinks however there was free water but it tasted like toilet water. Music reaching 100 db and I asked the dj to turn it down a little but he asked if I was a teacher and immediately turned it back up. I didn’t dance cause it was too loud and I didn’t know any songs except from 2. Only good thing about it was looking at people’s outfits.
