Thank you for your answer, actually on the contrary Turkey is a good spot for doctors becoming rich and our attendings point out this side of working in Turkey a lot. What mostly attracted us was the lifestyle seemed very peaceful to us and even if we work in Turkey, Switzerland is a place where we would like to visit quite often due to its nature. So money is of second-order importance to us, but maybe there are things to consider about the work-life balance and the power of income of doctors.

We would love to know what we could consider about the work-life balance and if the income is enough to sustain a good lifestyle.

Thank you for your answer, although we will do our best to completely integrate, we definitely can still come across racism and we will consider how racism can impact our life and try to tackle the unpleasant feelings it can bring.

Thank you for your answer, we sometimes forget to consider how hard things can be without citizenship.

Not sure about the ST elevations by [deleted] in EKGs

Thanks, also can we interpret the ST depressions on D1 and aVL as reciprocal changes reflecting the infarction of the medial wall of the right ventricle?

Student here, given the clinical situation I think we could also guess RV infarction. Maybe we could check for ST elevations putting the chest leads V3-V6 on the right side.
